RETURN POLICY

Liquid Latex USA will accept any unopened items purchased from us, with the exception of special order items, and partial items. Items being returned will have 25% restocking fee applied. All returns must be in resellable condition. If you wish to make a return, please call 1.888.774.7246 for a Returned Goods Authorization #, all other packages that do not have a RGA# will be discarded without a refund given. Defective products and products sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.

Refunds for Liquid Latex USA items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
